    I disagree here, having used and paid $100 more a month for Close.io's voice drop feature. It forced me to buy a Windows machine, was not their product, and in the end was a giant waste of time and money. No one listens to voice mail today, we're moving so fast toward Live Chat/text/AI/chatbots.

    I agree with Andrew! Waste of clicks to be forced to Edit, you can tell when the Developers don't use that feature, otherwise they would have changed it months ago!

    Duplicates can definitely be a pain. We’re currently looking into creating a de-duplication tool for Base that will cover Leads and Contacts. More information to come.

    Nimble is a totally different CRM. I use it also, great if you're day is dominated by social media. Base is so good for transactional sales, it gets out of the way, the Search is smart. Both are leading edge CRM choices.

Feedback and Knowledge Base
