    Duplicates can definitely be a pain. We’re currently looking into creating a de-duplication tool for Base that will cover Leads and Contacts. More information to come.

    This seems to be already done. You'll get a list of possible duplicates to the right of the lead and contact creation forms if the names are similar.

    I think this is possible. Even though you can't directly edit HTML from within Base, if you select the signature's WYSIWYG output (like from your mail client, or an HTML text editor's rendered output) and copy it to the Base signature textbox, it'll retain formatting.

    Great feedback! We recently added an option for Any/All selection with Tags, and we’re taking a look into adding an Exclude filter as well. More information to come when we have it!

    Basically I'd like to see the ability to build a graph of contacts. We need a way (instead of using descriptions as currently) to have arbitrarily labelled connections between contacts in addition to the usual employer-employee relations. For example: referred by, knows, works with... And also being able to connect a single person to multiple companies like OP suggesting.

    For me the typical scenario that should be supported here is a SaaS one: you have a lot of users with recurring (mostly monthly, sometimes yearly) payments.

    I'd like to be able to track these customers in a way that is consistent with (and comparable to) one-time deals (think custom software development or special services) and thus be able to e.g. see who our biggest clients are.

    I'd imagine this with the ability to create deals that are automatically re-created: e.g. I create a (won) deal for customer A who is a user of our SaaS. Now I'd like this deal to be re-created e.g. each month (or year) for customer A with the same details (value, source) as the first time. This wouldn't be some fundamental change but rather the additional feature to basically automatically copy deals in a scheduled way.

    Yes! Another example is Basecamp: their every activity generates an e-mail coming from random@replies.3.basecamp.com so just being able to ignore *@replies.3.basecamp.com would make our life easier. Same for Yammer.

    Thanks a lot for using Base and for sending this feedback our way! I believe you
    could consider using Deal’s Notes to keep the description (as already sugested). Alternatively you can add a Custom Field to your Deals (paragraph type). You can learn more about creating custom fields in following support article: https://support.getbase.com/hc/en-us/articles/204939085-Creating-custom-fields-in-Base

    Tasks are already displayed on Deal’s card. You can find them on right hand sidebar.
