Lead routing would allow lead assignment based on rules, like, round-robin, weighted order, and exceptions based on assigned accounts (i.e. a lead comes in with a company name or domain that matches an account that is already owned).
At scale, I would need to have an automated round robin in place. It would save A LOT of time and also keep it fair amongst the sales team.

Only 7 more votes! So many suggestions like this one have been declined. How come the Base staff doesn't notice this?
Would be ideal to be able to set rules such as
if "field" = "this or that", then switch "field" to "this or that"
In our case having the Country/region automatically assign the lead to a specific owner
