How can we improve Sell?

  2. Call Logging: Specify Which Deal to Log Call to when Contact is Associated with Multiple Deals

    Field: Commercial Real Estate

    After a call, consider adding the following options:

    "Log to Existing Deal" OR "Create New Deal"

    There needs to be a way to track call activity per-deal when a contact has multiple deals associated with them. "Log to existing" would bring up a list of that contact's existing deals to log the call to (with option to select multiple deals). An option to enable the call logging prompt for new/unknown numbers would also be very helpful.

    Lastly, this would be huge... consider making call log activity visible in the deal activity stream (or possibly a separate…

  3. Adding a list of leads to a call list

    Most of our leads need to be called to get qualified. Right now, the only option I have to add multiple leads to a call list is going to each one individually and adding them to my call list. This makes the process so unbearable. It would be much easier to select multiple leads and assign them to the call list from the main lead list view. And you have that exact feature for contacts. Why not make it available for leads too.

    I’m happy to say we’ve added this option to Leads – you can now add multiple leads to a call list with one click on the phone icon at the top of the list.

  4. Manually add a call record (like a note)

    One could add a record by hand in the web app to (like a note) to be classified as a "call" also if the calla was not made through smartphone/webapp/skype.

  5. Sync Call logging from mobile app to the web app

    The ability to log a call in the mobile app is great but sadly is nearly useless if it does not sync with the web app.

  6. Ability to port Google Voice phone numbers

    I've already established my business (and have printed cards, letterhead, etc.) with my Google Voice number, but would love to consolidate my apps and use Base Voice service. Twilio allows porting of Google Voice numbers - it would be great to be able to have those added to our Base accounts.

  7. Auto Dialer Integration

    Do you plan to add any integration to auto-dialers in the future? For instance, hanging up on one call and auto-dialing the next lead unless you click "pause"?

  8. Log Calls in Leads

    I always call my leads and would like a way to track that. I might have an email and phone call exchange with a lead before they really become a contact/ prospect. If there was a way to log a call to a lead without having to make them a contact it would really improve the system.

  10. Call Log: Manual Entry Detail

    The functionality of logging calls with the app or while using the web interface is great. But if I have a call that doesn't get logged for some reason, the manual entry has no detail. For example I cannot log a call with a contact or lead and enter when it took place or for how long, deal association, etc. Whereas that info (and it is important) is being auto logged through the app.

    It was there, and now it's not. Has it been replaced? Is there a new feature? Please let me know. This list was very helpful and now it's not there.
