How can we improve Sell?

  1. Add contact from recent calls

    You should make an option on base incorporated to the Main phone options
    that will allow me to add new contacts to base using my last missed call or
    from my call log. this way when i get off the phone i don't have to get a
    pen write the number down plug it back into my phone n write everything
    else. i could just used my last call, import that number to base, write a
    quick name and note while its fresh in my head. this would be great for

  2. Record ALL calls, even calls made from iOS, incoming calls, and call transfers.

    Currently, the only calls that are recorded are the ones made from Base on the web (not through the mobile apps). Incoming calls and calls made or accepted on the mobile apps, or calls made via number transfer, do NOT record... therefore, essentially rendering the Voice feature of Base useless. If I have to be at my computer and use my browser to make (and therefore, record) calls, it goes against the fundamental concept that Base is a CRM platform that can be used when you're NOT at your computer.

  4. Show contact`s last activity in overlay of incoming call

    Its will be nice to show also contact`s last activity (last Note or last Call note) in overlay of incoming call.

  5. Have multiple phone numbers, for different cities

    It would be great to have more than one phone number, per user. I have a client base in multiple cities, and I like calling them from local numbers.

  6. Conferece call from browser phone

    When on a call, it would be great to be able to conference in someone else. As an example, if you need to get the other decision maker on, you can conference them in, or if you want to tag with someone, you can conference them in.

  7. Rearrange call outcome

    It would be great to be able to rearrange the order of the call outcomes so they can be grouped by specifics.
    Currently you cannot change the order.
    I.e -
    Not interested - cost
    Not interested - do not call

  9. call scripts

    I have people making calls for me and created scripts for them to use under call tools.

    However, I also make calls and would like a different set of scripts.

    I'd like to be able to have multiple sets of script folders instead of having one long list for everybody.

  10. Make the contact/lead/deal pop up as you are calling on the dialer.

    As you are on the auto dialer, it would be nice if it pulled up the next contact/leads page, so you can do a quick history check before the call begins. I have seen this in other platforms.

  11. Call routing/PBX ability.

    I would like to have a general inbound call number that I can program to route calls correctly.

    For example, currently all my salesmen have distinct Twilio/Base provided phone numbers. Fine. However, if someone calls in on an inbound phone number, the call can't be routed to any of them.

    I could use a separate phone system (yay, spend more money) and then have them call that phone number, but even then how would I route it to the correct person? I can't do a round-robin, or auto-call forwarding to the Base provided phone numbers.

  12. Ability to add an outcome to calls that are forwarded to cell instead of being answered via web browser.

    We'd love to have an option to add a specific outcome to calls that answered via cell phone, e.g. 'Went to Cell Phone".

  14. Central Phone Number

    I would like to have a Central Phone Number so that whenever an agent calls a company, this number will appear. And when a client calls it would distribute the call according to which agent is free and online. Unfortunately this is a make it or break it kind of argument for me.

  15. Automatically log number called with the activity

    Currently, voice drops the call recording automatically into the notes/activities field, which is awesome, but it seems that it is missing one small detail to make it really seamless - namely, adding the specific phone number that was called. Currently, I have to copy and paste the phone number into the call notes section to keep track of which number was dialed with which call. This doesn't really affect my work flow negatively, but it definitely seems like an unnecessary step.   16. Alphabetically Sort "Call Outcomes"

    Please create the ability to alphabetically sort call outcomes. The only workaround is to delete all call outcomes (and lose all of the associated history) and re-enter them into base in alphabetical order. There are other features within base that automatically alphabetically sort items. Please consider doing this asap as it would significantly improve the UX for team members.

  18. Voicemail

    PLEASE figure out a deal with Twilio as they already provide Voicemail functionality. This is a pretty BASIC feature and I am completely shocked that it's being overlooked. This can be implemented fairly easy considering the existing relationship you have with Twilio.

  19. Standalone desktop app for calls and sms (Base Voice)

    If your account gets a lot of text messages, it's very hard to maintain a quick workflow, you have to refresh the text page every time. It would be much seamless to have a standalone app for calls and text messages, to eventually bring in more Twilio features. Like multiple DIDs (more money for you), voicemail, etc.

  20. Always Ring iOS/Android App

    If my laptop has Base open and I am away from my desk, I will not receive a call. Base only rings the web version if it is open, but I want calls to come to my cell phone like a normal call.

    Please allow a setting to always have calls ring my Base App.
