  2. Email can responses

    Would like to know when there will be email can responses for the iphone app? The app is such a big part of the service I use and a my business partners use and we love it but it needs this option.

  3. "remove from base" emails in the Communication center

    In the main page of communication center, I would like to highlight several emails and remove them from base. There is an option to archive but not one to remove from base. For that I have to open each individual email. I want a quicker and easier way to do it right from the main Communication center page.

    When I get an email with more than one person CC'd, I need to be able to "reply to all".

    I would like to get an alert when someone doesn't reply to one of my email so that I can follow it up

    Thanks for the feedback!
    While it’s not exactly an alert, you can sort your contacts and leads by last activity date using the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the contacts/leads lists, and select ascending or descending sorting by clicking the ⩓ sign next to the menu that lets you select the sorting method.

  7. Put any address on CC of emails

    Presently I can only put email addresses that Base already knows on CC in emails from Base. Sometimes I want to put other people in our company on CC without having to add them as users or contacts. For now I send most emails out of Gmail because of this limitation.

    Hi Megan,

    You can now enter any email address in the CC field – if they’re not a contact or lead, you’ll have the option to quickly add them to Base.

  10. Poor format of email when added via outlook (Add t BASE icon)

    In recent times the format of the recorded email is poor/un-formatted when I use Add to Base feature in Outlook. This did not usd to be the case - it worked fine on previous releases. Note: If bcc email using Base Id then the format is fine. Please can you explain what is happening?

    very frustrated. Just finding that I am not able to add a CC or BCC to an outbound email. What's that? Totally lame!

    Hi,

    We’ve introduced the option to CC and BCC other Base contacts to any outbound email. If the email you want to add is not in your contacts list, you’ll have the option to add them directly from the email composer.

  12. Allow for emails to be seen by anyone in the company

    At the moment it is not possible for different users to see email correspondence of other users with contacts. The fact that the only way to see that is through a conversion to notes is tedious and inefficient.
    So please create a setting where emails are synced from everyones gmail and seen on the contacts tab

    Why bother adding email integration if you aren't going to let the sales guy know he received a reply?

    Great suggestion – I’d actually recommend sorting your Contacts list by Actionable Item. This will float Contacts with unread emails to the top of the list whenever they come in. Quick screenshot here – http://take.ms/Fxn3Z

  15. Reply to e-mail threads within base auto-attaches previous attachments

    When I reply to an e-mail I previously sent in Base, it automatically includes the attachments I originally sent over in the reply. Can this be fixed?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback!. I’m happy to inform you that now when you Reply to an e-mail it won’t add attachments automatically. Attachments will be added only after selecting Forward option.

  16. Include email signature in bulk emails

    When I email individual leads Base automatically includes my pre-set signature but when I send a bulk email through Base it does not. I just realized this the hard way...

  17. Ability to forward emails in a consistent manner.

    Currently unable to forward emails in a consistent manner from Base browser application. iOS application seems to work fine.

  18. Multiple e-mail addresses for single contact

    no Idea but, I have multiple contacts that have more than one e-mail address and they seem to randomly use one or the other and Base does not capture the entire convertation when the enduser replies with different e-mail address

    Polish characters are fully supported in the body, subject, and signature of emails.

  20. Being able to blacklist a received email from the inbox

    Currently to blackmail an email address you have to go to the settings page/email/blacklist.

    Please implement a blacklist email (preferably bulk blacklist) option directly from the inbox view.

    This would save time and steps.
