You could corner the small business and freelance business-consultant market if Pipeline could integrate, or at least synch, with Outlook emails, contacts, calendar and tasks! I am hard-pressed to find a clean, non-stodgy, CRM like Pipejump that works with Outlook. I would work with you on this.265 votes

Any talk of having the new email feature link with Outlook 365?34 votes
Please add the feature of inserting a field with name and title (Dr., Mr. etc.) so that emails can be automatically personalized for each contact when sending group/bulk email.10 votes

When you receive an email from a person in outlook you can press the Add to Base button. This then pushes the contact on the email to the contacts in Base.
It would be better if you could choose to where you want to put this contact.
The majority of the time when you Add a contact to base they are a lead. It would be very rare that a new contact in outlook would be qualified and head straight into your base contacts.
Any thoughts are welcome!!!4 votes

Need to be able to create a contact from outlook with option of lead or contact status. This way you don't have to double up on processes.3 votes
I just started testing this out... love everything that I've tested so far EXCEPT that your system isn't recognizing my Outlook hosted work email address and password.
If you can get this to work, I'm going to get a paid account for sure. Please help.1 vote
Thanks for posting!
Can I ask you to try the Other Service option when connecting your email? This will let you enter the server names and ports manually, and should let you connect.
