  1. Be able to add custom stage at any point in cycle, not just sales stage.

    Add stages such as "Work In Progress" and "Job Complete" after the "Won" stage. The sale is not fully complete until the product is delivered (not just a contract signing) so I would like to be able to see which of my clients still have outstanding work so that I can follow up with them and see if there is anything I can do to expedite the process. It is also a good feeling to be able to see the complete jobs and know that you finished something.

    Great news everyone! You can now have an unlimited amount of sales stages in your sales pipeline. We’ve also added the ability to insert a new sales stage in the middle of your sales pipeline. So if our limit on sales stages was cramping your style, jump into the Base settings and add the sales stages you need to get your sales process in order.

    UPDATE: We are also working on adding multiple sales pipeline so after the won status you can have a new pipeline for things to flow through.

  2. Multiple Pipelines

    Having multiple Pipelines would be nice in order to track projects that might not be directly related to sales.

  3. Goals & Targets

    I would love to be able to set quarterly and annual goals for users (therefore creating team quarterly and company goals) and then be able to get information about either how someone is tracking by quarter/year and/or the team in total.

  4. Multiple Currencies

    We have deals in several different currencies - it would be great to be able to set the currency per deal - and then have it converted to master currency in reports, overview etc.

  5. Add Product/Service Field

    Hi,

    We need to have some sorts of fields that you can already introduce the product or service we are selling and the price so that we can obtain deal values faster. Thanks and we are having a good time using base

  6. Associate Percent Likelihood of Closing with Deal Stages

    Then the pipleline value report can be more accurate of what you're likely to actually close.

  7. Enter decimal values on deal values

    Let's say we have deal that costs 3.032,50 . Amazingly, if we type this on Deal value, or if we type: 3,032.50 (American way), we get 30,032 ! I mean, shouldn't we place cents there? I believe we should.

  8. Prospective month field for a deal

    In addition to a stage there should be a prospective month field that the deal is likely to fall into and a percentage liklehood of winning the deal. Should be able to filter and sort deals by their month and highest to lowest percentage.

  9. Custom fields in deals

    Tags are good, but we need them for filtering. In our business, we deals with technologies, and would like to see the pipeline for a specific technology to see where to pitch based on our current staff situation.

  10. I want more than one $$ amount field

    I would like to add the deal and have more than one field that is REsult. As in $$. Marketing Awareness, Long Term Value. All of the fields should or could be numeric to add up

    Would love the ability to see emails sent on activity feed to manage sales staff effectively. Email is a big part of follow up, need to be able to track

  13. Set a deals date for monthly closing forcast and reporting

    Sales management implies follow up, at least monthly, how the business are running on each sales stage. So, we need to know what can we expect from closing deals dates to prepare the entire organization and its functional areas (sales, projects, resources, finance, billing, etc..)

    Of course, this will not help if we don't have editable reports that let us visualize the entire map (report & dashboard) of the deals to make the right decisions, right coaching, etc., on each running deals or sales team member.

  15. Assign deal to multiple users

    Our sales team very much operates in a team environment and often we have two or more sales people collaborating on the same deal.

    Would it be possible to assign a deal to multiple sales people?
    At the moment our only option is to open up the access level for all sales people to see all deals - our downside with this is that on the iPhone there is no may to filter back to sales by salesperson.

  16. Sales Budget Magnitude

    I am working with millionaire sales. Our products never cost less than 800k USD. So, when I put an opportunity which is, say, 10 million dollars, the app shows it as 10.000K which is correct but it is also annoying. Is there anything that could be done so that the system would show, for example, 10M ?

  17. It would great to have email alerts sent when new deals are assigned to users.

    We assign deals to our sales people as they come in and I would love to use base exclusively for that, but would need an alert option in case it was an urgent request.

  19. Multiple currency support

    Hi,

    Our company manage business in different countries so supporting different currencies is a must. But, not only per user. It would be great that any Opportunity can handle its currency independently of the user. With this, any Manager would be able to open a new Opportunity and then reassign it to the Local manager. Or, Manager will be able to supervise or adjust any opportunity anywhere.

  20. allow filter by company in leads

    in the leads screen we need to be able to filter by company as opposed to only being able to filter on the contact name (first or last) which is useless for our company needs...
