When i log in now, on overview page, i see the things me and myc colleagues have done. Great. BUT, it would be more interesting to see what we haven't done. For example put a red star on all deals that haven't been updated for a week!718 votes

Bulk edit on smart lists. Smart lists are great to sort, filter and show information not visible in regular list view (f.i tags). But bulk edit (like manage tags) has to be done one by one.306 votes
The ability to apply bulk actions to a Smart List view has been implemented in the recent Base update. Happy to say that Required Fields are now available in Zendesk Sell on all plans. Admin can configure them in Settings > Field Rules for creating a lead, deal, contact and for moving deals through the pipeline.

I find there are times when I'd like to be able to do bulk editing on the database. This is easiest to do in spreadsheet view with filtering, sorting, etc...The only way to do this is to export, make the adjustments, then re-import. The problem is re-importing creates contact duplicates. You can merge of course, but then it screws with the custom Tags I've created. Exporting, creates CSV files for your database. It would be great to access a pseudo "CSV view" (perhaps for Admins only) to be able to make bulk changes to contacts easily.87 votes

I really love your brand and company culture. IMO you guys are positioned to be the very best CRM. The ONLY thing holding me back from signing up our organization for a paid subscription is the ability to create a Products list (with prices and SKUs) to be used to populate the Opportunities tab. I’m happy to announce that we have improved our search feature in Base. All custom fields are now searchable. Simply type in the custom field value and you will see your search results.
Please add keyboard shortcuts to Base for common commands, similar to Gmail: c = compose, r = reply, etc.27 votes

Just as I can click on a contact's phone number to log a call, I'd like to be able to click on the contacts address and log a visit I have made. Visiting contacts is a key part of our sales activity, and this would enable me to report on my visits easily.26 votes

For those that don't want to use Dropbox integration in order to link to files, is there a way to post a download link in a note that can be clicked? I'm finding it to be cumbersome to create a Dropbox folder in a client file, then having to upload that file to its respective DB folder in Base. I think it would be a lot more efficient to give the ability to post a link to a file in notes (or have a separate "Links" tab in Base). I'm mentioning this mainly due to the fact that I can't access DB files uploaded to Base from my Android phone (so I'm assuming that this is the case on the iPhone as well). Since my entire sales force has either device, this is somewhat of an issue for me/us. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to have Monday as the first day of the week, this is pretty much common in Europe and I think it is not a big deal to develop.
This can be done by setting up a Google Calendar integration which will change the Base calendar to match your current Google Configuration!
Custom fields are great however we miss having the possibility of adding a multiselect field. Basically a list where you can select more than one value.

Let me log what contact I've made, and then see it on a timeline. This would be especially effective if there was an easy way of updating all calls/ meetings that took place before base, and then updating things as you go along. Ultimatly for every "deal" I could open a timeline and see when initial contact was made, when we first emailed, what questions were asked and answered- how long it took the deal to finally get made or dropped.11 votes
This has since been implemented into Base :)
So you can edit anything to do with a deal in one spot. For example, if I want to edit the owner and the probability, I need to change the owner on the deal edit screen and then change the probability on the deal view screen.10 votes
I enjoy the simplicity of the interface, but I felt that the custom fields are a great tool that are practically hidden. It would make much more sense and require less navigating to see them right up front when viewing sales leads and contact info.9 votes
