How can we improve Sell?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. #Hashtags and @

    Notes, Logged Calls, and all... it would be awesome if we could use #hashtags and @ to look for trends and notify people.

    Hashtag would help us figure out trending keywords or issues we've been encountering. The goal is to have trending keywords map to deals/contacts that auto-convert into tags. This would ultimately help us quantify an issue instantly.

  2. Freeze Notes

    Have the option to post an important message and have it freeze on the top of the notes so it does not get missed.

  3. Pin notes to top of feed on contact page

    Allow the option to "pin" a note on the contact page to keep it at the top of the feed at all times (similar to pinning a Tweet/post on social media). There are crucial notes & customer info that is difficult to make obvious and clear to all users. These notes get buried at the bottom of the feed. If you use Tags, it is just not prominent enough for someone to notice easily.

  4. Having the ability for other staff to see communications logged against a lead.

    Eg. Snap Send Solve - City of Canada Bay - I can see my own email correspondence but my colleague Jarrod can not.

  5. Add a note directly on multiple leads from BASE without doing an import

    I would like to add a note together with the status change on several leads at the same time whithout having to do a import

  6. It would be great to be able to leave bulk history notes.

    Use case: I have a smart list of leads that I contacted via LinkedIn. I could then just go to my LinkedIn inbox and follow up with them and then just quickly select all (the entire smart list) and leave a bulk note that I followed up with them.

  9. Customer profiles to include background/notes section

    Optimising the notes section so that background information on clients are easier to view, filter, sort through, etc.

    A notes summary would be nice to have on the right hand side of each customer profile.

  11. Customer detail page attached to landing page

    I could really use a page where I can store data on customers and what they commonly buy from me where I can store current and past pricing. I sell welding supplies and gases and I could benefit on storing those common buy items and part numbers. I'm not looking to track purchasing but a place to store what they buy and part numbers. We occasional have price increases so having access to seeing previous year pricing would be huge also.
