  1. Ability to tick deals in a smart list and it gives you the total of selected deals

    When you have created a smart list for deals with various filters it gives a total at the bottom of those deals. However, when discussing deals it would be helpful to be able to tick a selection of them to see what the value of just those deals would be.

  2. Add Primary Contact Email and Phone as field options in Deal View

    One of the fields I can add to a Deal Smart List is Contact. Then you can add contact address, city, ect. Is is possible to add contact email, phone. I like to export lists from this view and If i could add that kind of contact information it would save me multiple process steps. Thank you!

  3. Internal Communication using "@Joe Smith" in Notes

    We have a lot of internal chatter and no way to notify each other of an item that needs to be reviewed or addressed. If we could enter a note to a Base member in the Notes field that would notify them via email or web alert we could have internal communication regarding deals or contacts. For Example: "@JoeSmith when does the client wish to move forward on this potential project? "

  4. Merge Deals

    Allow for the ability to merge two deals that should be one. We have many instances that multiple deals are created and we need to ultimately merge them all into one deal. This happens due to the way we get information on upcoming projects and is quite important to ensure information isn't lost. Currently, you need to copy and paste information from each deal into one file and that is just begging to cause an issue for us. Thank you!

  6. unmatch deals

    Deselect All Deals when Associating Deals via Comms Centre. We have clients/partners that are involved in multiple Deals (we have one client/partner at 25 deals and counting). In one click we'd like to be able to deselect all the Deals that have been automatically associated with an email.

  7. Add Contact Email Address as a filter in Deals

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to create a SmartList of Active or Won deals, within a specified time period, and include email addresses as one of the fields. This would allow companies to appropriately target email campaigns to exclude or only include those clients.

  8. Be able to store documents in Deal - Notes

    It would be helpfull to be able to attach documents / paste images in the Notes within a Deal (the "timeline" of the Deal)

  9. Tracking Deal Value changes on Activity

    We would like to be able to see the changes of the Deals' Value in the Activity section, just like we can see the changes made when each stage is moved.

  10. Show alert on deals with overdue tasks

    In am used (in a different A-label CRM tool) that I can see in my active deals pipeline which deals contain an overdue (or none) tasks.

    This way I can immediately see in my active pipeline (I use a filter 'Deals closing this month') which ones require first action.

    I need the ability to filter deals by Next Activity. This would be useful to find open deals that do not have a activity scheduled.

  12. Make 'Hot' deals visible on Deals tab.

    When scrolling through deals we can no longer see those that have been marked as 'Hot' with the use of the fire symbol.
    This was quite useful as you could find hot deals easily but now it has been rendered pointless.

  13. Allow Deal Win Likelihood % to be switched back to using system default instead of custom value.

    As it stands, if you customize the win % on a card (Deal), it no longer adjusts the win likelihood as the stage is changed. It would be helpful to be able to revert it back to the Pipeline pre-defined % for each stage, instead of keeping it custom for the life of the Deal.

    Would be incredibly nice to be able to export to print vs. only into excel. Too cumbersome & laborious to add the extra steps of exporting and then formatting within excel.

  15. Add ability to "log" a call on the web app, not just mobile

    Super confusing that there's a feature on the mobile app that isn't on the web app, usually it's the other way around. Sometimes I take a call on google hangouts and want to manually log a call in the sell webapp.
    A base support rep told me this isn't possible.

  16. edit deal value

    It's a bit annoying to have to drill down into the individual deal to be able to edit the deal value.

    It would be better if you could edit when you're looking at the sales pipeline stage view/table view so you don't need to make like 5 unnecessary clicks

  17. Add Percentage as Deal Currency Opetion

    Our business charges a fee as a percentage of recovery/savings instead of a flat dollar amount. I am currently unable to use the deal value field at all.

  18. Convert lead to deal

    When you convert a lead to a deal, it would be better if you could select the deal stage they enter into. It's not always the case they will go straight to your first stage.

    This creates unnecessary clicks and is a little clunky

  20. Duplicate existing Deals

    We have multiple deal stages spanning over different months and we don't want to have to re-enter this all the time.
