  1. calendar dates

    Automated Actions: deadlines are calendar days NOT working days. FIX this, please. AND/OR at least let the company determine working days vs calendar days.

  2. Marketing automation

    Be able to set automated emails/texts/tasks in the future...

    i.e. for a specific client I talk to I will add them to an email drip to hear about a specific topic for next 6 months...

    So if I add a new lead and it matches a criteria it will text/email them with a saved template

    Then will give me a task to call them 3 months later to follow up. .

  3. more automated tasks based on; loss reason, source, stage, tags

    More automated actions (only really tasks available at the moment)...

    Automated action, task based on the loss/unqualified/won reason, if tag present, deal stage etc

    Also automated send of template email would be great

  4. Specific Date and Time in Automated Actions

    Hi all,

    I have a trial subscription and am really liking Base CRM. There is a feature that I think is crucial and is currently missing.

    When creating tasks in automated actions, you can not choose a specific date (e.g 30/06/2018 at 1:00pm). I find this very frustrating as my service business needs to contact certain clients on specific days of the year.

    Would you be able to add this feature?

    I am happy to pay if it would mean we can add this feature.

  7. Lead Email Sequences - Duplicating a sequence, changing an email and renaming it

    For the Reach Email Sequences, it would be very helpful if you could take a saved sequence, duplicate it (like you can do a smartlist) and add/delete an email and then save as a new sequence. Right now, if you try to do that, it replaces the sequence which is not helpful. Now we have to completely rebuild each sequence. If there is a way to accomplish this, please let me know.
