Applying local Phone number as BASE CRM phone number.
I will like to use Base CRM using my business phone number to call clients. Right now its showing a (312) area code/phone number when I dial others from Base CRM. I will like to provide a local business number instead, so I can increase business productivity in my local area.
It is possible to do this via call masking. Please reach out to us at email@example.com for details!

I was scammed by a man who calls himself Jack Crocker. His cellphone number is not working
Agreed. This CRM would be fabulous for the traveling Sales Rep since you can manage your prospecting at your fingertips. Having a local number would be ideal.
HubSpot CRM has the option to type in your own current existing phone number as the caller ID number for calls placed through the app. Once you enter your phone their system places an automated call to that phone number, you enter in a verification code and you're all set. From then on, when you make calls from within the app it shows your phone number instead of some random system phone number like what Base current does. This would be a fantastic solution for Base as well... in my opinion.
This would be great to either have the base phone number auto dial from a local number or at least allow the user to change the base phone number manually.
