Notes/description box when creating new contact
Similar to Gmail and outlook when adding a new contact there is a text field that is labeled notes or description and I like that because you can cut and paste a contacts info into the notes and from there insert the info into the different fields. Just a minor issue that makes using the CRM that much quicker when adding new contacts.
It is possible to have this by adding a ‘paragraph’ type custom field to your Contacts in Settings>Contacts>Custom Fields.

The description box moreover, should keep the original text format. Right now, when adding a description box, it removes all the formatting including line spaces, which makes all the text a mess.
