Simple things that would make life easier and Base much quicker for me to use.
1. Amend TAGS at contact screen without having to go in and 'edit'. TAGS by their design are supposed to be a quick and easy filing system. There's no need to enter a second screen here for any changes they should all happen within the contact page.
2. Filter TASKS by date. TASKS are designed to help manage workflow so you need to be able to see what you have coming up easily.
3. Gmail is the 2nd most used email client, with other CRM's integrating some support for their product within this why is it being ignored when BASE's own email client is unusable due to only being able to use the 1 gmail account signed up with.
4. Filtering so that you can say whether looking for an account that doesn't have a TAG. etc... basic filtering, sadly ignored by the developers.
Overall who couldn't be pleased with the product but I have to say that development time seems to be being spent on high end products for those paying the most instead of looking after the basics and the issues that smaller accounts most likely to grow in user numbers are facing. If you have something great added to Base that would benefit all and generate income, why not add some more extras for the small guys who need it most! We succeed, you succeed.
