How can we improve Sell?

  2. Year to date vs Targets

    It would be great in the Reports section under sales goals if you could show Year to Date vs Sales goal.

  3. Be able to generate Email Reports similar to Voice Reports

    Just like I can run a report by user on voice calls/count, I'd like to be able to run a report by user on emails sent to leads and counts.

  4. Add Microsoft Exchange support

    I can't speak for any industry outside of the Canadian Oil & Gas Industry, but for the entirety of the industry every one of the companies runs their email/contacts through Microsoft Exchange. A lot of companies like mine are moving away from PC Systems and going to Tablets for field personnel for emails. I use Base CRM strictly from a Tablet, which is in place of the usual sales laptop. Is it possible to get in app Exchange integration? All of my contacts, emails, calendar events all run through exchange and my system isn't setup for IMAP so I can't…

  6. call log to specify which phone number that was called

    If you have multiple phone numbers for a contact or lead it's difficult to see which specific number you called before. Would be great to know, especially for leads were you might have several numbers but you don't know exactly which one is correct

    Ability/function to add the same task(s) to multiple deals, contacts and leads at the same time. It's similar to the existing function of tagging deals, contacts and leads at the same time.

  8. Appointment invitation in a language other than English

    Using Base in English is no problem but we are based in Austria and our clients speak German. The language of the appointment invitation should be configurable or at least should the standard text (not the appointment note) be editable.

  10. Multiple smart lists

    I love the smart lists feature in deals. I would love to see this used more widely throughout Base. Not only in other areas (like contacts) but to have multiple smart lists within deals also.

    In fact, because they are called smart lists and not smart list confused me. I had to check the knowledge base. Thanks!

  11. Improve ability to add tags when adding a deal

    When adding a deal it's great to be able to add NEW tags. Unfortunately if a particular word is already being used as part of an EXISTING tag then you don't get presented with the option to add that word in isolation.
    e.g. we have existing tag 'Beauty with sarah' and therefore Base doesn't give me the option to add a new tag simply called 'Sarah'

  12. Lead names in browser tabs

    Its small but very helpful to have the name of the or contact name on a lead appearing on the tabs in our web browsers instead of them all reading "Base CRM."
    for any reps like me who often have 5+ Base tabs open at once. Let me know your thoughts! thanks

  13. Add PandaDoc integration for quotes

    Quote Roller is being discontinued - new users sign up for PandaDoc. They've already developed a nice ifram integration for SalesForce and this would be something really nice to integrate with Base.

    Hi,

    You can increase the size of fonts in the browser by pressing Ctrl and “=” (or Cmd and “=”) while on the page. This enlarges the entire content of the page, including fonts.

  15. Being able to tell how many calls were logged the day prior

    We should be able to see how many contacts were added on a daily basis. This help judge performance.

  16. Filter using first 2 or 3 digits of a postcode/zip code. I want to view all prospects in a given postcode area for territory planning.

    I want to be able to type the first 2 to 4 letters/numerals of a post/zip code and see all prospects in that area. E.g if I type GL10 then all companies in that postcode region show on my search.

  18. It would be a real boost if you could add filtering by checkboxes to contacts.

    We often need to filter our customers by their preferences, using the drop down filter is a clunky way of doing it. Some of our customers have 8-10 preference choices, creating a drop down field for each is ok but feels like it would be much more productive and powerful to be able to do the same with checkboxes.

  19. Contact info available in Task

    So when you create a Task from within a Lead the contact info needs to be available inside of the Task on the Android/Iphone App so that when you are reviewing your task you can make a call from within the Task list.

    Thanks for posting!
    In the Android app, you can long-press on a task to see a menu that lets you jump directly to the contact (or deal, or lead).
    You can also tap on a task in the iOS app to do the same thing.

  20. Can I have a set of automatic to-do's for each stage in the deal pipeline?

    These to-do's would be the same for every deal but different for each stage. Once someone moves a deal to that stage, they'd see and know. Ok, this is what I need to do now and will help me from letting things slip through the cracks. Unlimited stages would do this also but since that's not possible, this is my work around. Thoughts from everybody?
