  2. finding leads without tasks assigned

    A smart list filter that shows leads/contacts that have no action assigned to them. Many leads/contacts have slipped through the cracks because I haven't had a next task assigned to them and they sat stagnant.

  4. Add a report for tasks

    Hello,

    We would like to see a report section created for sales rep tasks. Various reports would show the number of tasks complete, missed and/or moved. Also, it would be great to see the number of tasks created for the following week. We require all sales rep to have 75+ tasks created before closing out on Fridays.

  5. Search by Phone #

    The ability to search by phone # is key.I can search by email address, but not phone #. Also providing an advanced search fields as many have requested.

    USE CASE: I see a missed call on my cell phone from a #, I need to check CRM to see if it's a known contact before I call back.

  7. Allow mouseless workflows

    Please improve usability by enabling consistent use of keyboard shortcuts. A negative example is the Modify Task Popup. After toggling through the data fields modifying, one cannot Save and Exit the dialog without using the mouse. Sad.

  8. Backup / Restore Base DB format

    It would be really useful if someone could export your entire base database as a single file which could then be used to import / restore your company data in the event of a catastrophe. This would give users control over the backup of their own data.. and should they ever cancel and want to re-instate their account, they could easily restore the Base DB.

  9. Filter sent e-mails by opened / clicked

    How can we easily filter/export e-mails that have been viewed / clicked? We want to apply different strategies depending on whether leads have/ havn't read our e-mail, and now we have to scroll the sent e-mail list and go one-by-one. Thanks!!

  10. Document Storage Limits Based on Total # of Users not Individual Owner's

    The "per user" document storage limit is ridiculous. Our license is for 5 users which allows for 2GB per user for a total of 10GB. The storage limit should be based on the total per account NOT per user.

    In our case, one individual in our company processes orders, uses the document storage and has thus maxed out her "per user" storage limit. Other account owner's barely use theirs yet we are being told we need to upgrade our license from $15 per user per month to $75! There's NO way we will make that financial jump just to add…

    Hello,

    Sorry for the confusion here. The storage is per account so in your example if you have 5 users with 2GB each user the total storage for the account is 10GB and can be all used up by 1 person if needed.

  11. Reply to e-mail threads within base auto-attaches previous attachments

    When I reply to an e-mail I previously sent in Base, it automatically includes the attachments I originally sent over in the reply. Can this be fixed?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback!. I’m happy to inform you that now when you Reply to an e-mail it won’t add attachments automatically. Attachments will be added only after selecting Forward option.

  12. I would like to see the correspondence of someone with more than one email address on the same profile

    Instead of creating a second contact to see the correspondence of someone with two email addresses.

    Custom field using a multi pick list. You could choose multiple options from a list. Ex.

    Field: Industry

    Options:
    1. Die Casting - Selected
    2. Forging - Selected
    3. Stamping

    This is to show the account participates in multiple industries.

  16. Smart list bulk edit

    Bulk edit on smart lists. Smart lists are great to sort, filter and show information not visible in regular list view (f.i tags). But bulk edit (like manage tags) has to be done one by one.

  19. Ability to exclude certain emails from Base

    If you or a client were to add 'EXC' / 'EXCLUDE' to a subject line then the email is not imported into Base.

    This would stop personal / irrelevant emails from clogging up Base.

    Hi, thanks for that! Good news – we already have than functionality! You can use Custom Fields to store as many additional emails with a single Lead or Contact in Base.
