  2. WTF!! can't add new license??!!!

    i have requested adding a new license for over a week. seems like a really slow process when that means NEW revenue. do better. or i'm leaving

  3. Improved client communication & Voice feature

    I recently had an issue with Voice, where apparently due to a glitch it was blocking my service. Upon reaching out to support to fix the issue, it took 2 days for me to get a response via a support ticket and email, and then it was only because I called on top of submitting multiple requests. As you can imagine, a working phone line is necessary to make and receive sales calls. I have been using this number for about 3 years now. Thankfully, the issue is now resolved, but for future reference this is a time sensitive kind…

  4. Add URL to Documents record

    Do you have plans to allow customizations to Documents? I would like to have a URL field on the Document record so I could just point to a web location instead of physically uploading doc. Thanks! - Jack

  5. Where did support go?

    Did you take away or bury deep the option to create a support ticket? There are issues that the help articles and community forums cannot solve. How do I get these resolved? Also, searching within the articles and community pages is impossible. There is no filtered search for just the product you are using. Even if you go to that specific product page and article category, the search above only does a global search across Zendesk products.

    Hi, I would like to know how to Create ONE report for Leads/Contacts. Today our sales rep. has to do a list for Leads and one for Contacts/Deals. Would be good with one list for ALL Contacts withs a status LEAD / CONTACT / DEALS. With tags I would be able to make selections

    The text feature within Sell is great but it would be even better if users were able to receive text notifications via the Sell app when not on a laptop.

  8. Tasks: better scheduling 1 week; 1 month; 3 months; etc.

    Schedule tasks by pre-set days. 4 days; 1 week; next week; 1 month; 3 months, etc. This is how prospects tell us. "Call me back in a week." Having the ability to customize these would be optimal.

    I'm very frustrated with your product "improvements". They are NOT improvements. They are negatively affecting productivity.

  11. When you are logged out with SSO, signing back in shouldn't open a new tab

    When you have SSO set up and it logs out due to inactivity, there's a "Sign in" button. Currently that opens a new tab when you click it that goes through the SSO process and logs you back in, but since I already have a tab opened to what I'm trying to do, it should just log you back in to the same tab, similar to how Zendesk Support handles it.

    We love zendesk sell, but search is .. not good. Specialy for us in Europe there is problem with special characters. We are NLP company and we can help you with it. (as reference customer we did similar project for Konika-Minolta) we cover for KM all EU language and japan...

  17. The ability to "like" activities, notes specifically.

    Would love the ability to "like" the activities of my colleagues, specifically the notes they tag me in, as a way of communicating that I have seen their message. Right now internal communication in Zendesk Sell is very one-way unless I create an entire new note to say "ok, got it, thanks". Even embedded comments or replies to notes would make a huge difference. Thanks!

    A quick breakdown of "touches" to a contact/company in a given 7 day period, 14 day period, 30 day period. When you last "touched" a client is good, this would expand upon that. This information is critical to building up momentum.

  19. Lead Email Sequences - Duplicating a sequence, changing an email and renaming it

    For the Reach Email Sequences, it would be very helpful if you could take a saved sequence, duplicate it (like you can do a smartlist) and add/delete an email and then save as a new sequence. Right now, if you try to do that, it replaces the sequence which is not helpful. Now we have to completely rebuild each sequence. If there is a way to accomplish this, please let me know.
