  1. Map out Leads and Deals in Google Maps

    Similar to a previous suggestion, in addition to Contacts that are mapped out in Google Maps, mapping out visually the location of Leads as well as Deals according to their stage would be 'very' helpful. Google Maps puts all saved locations as Gold Stars, but being able to assign different colors would make it a lot easier how many Leads are in a certain geographic area or Deals at a certain stage.

  3. Multiple Deletion of tasks

    When i set up automations, i don't need all the tasks for every job, so i would like to be able to delete all non relevant tasks, or tasks that have become obsolete when it moves to nest stage

  5. Multiple Identities

    I manage several companies which we use Base as CRM tool. I would like to be able to switch between the different companies (identities) without having to logout from the system. If possible I would also like to be able to see all companies (identities) under one identity in order to be able to prioritise what I should focus on or followup on.

  6. Please Remove the Mobile Phone field from Company's contact

    It is important because whenever I associate a person to the company, his/her mobile phone gets synced into the company's mobile phone number....

    And what is really annoying is that in turns get synced in my google contacts. So whenever a person calls me on my phone, rather than his name appearing, his company appears. This really doesnt help when I have a number of person associated with a certain company

  7. Section in Leads for a company who is not interested or using a competitor solution

    Hi, I like to keep track of companies I contact in Leads, it allows me to see if had contacted a company in the past or not. It would be useful if there was a subsection within leads such as

    "Using a competitor"
    "too small".

    If I could break leads down into categories It would allow me to build up a list of people that are not interested that could be kept out of my "live" leads section, but still in a database that I could review in 12 months time. I like to keep my leads section tidy. Putting…

  9. you MUST add a group edit for marking contacts as PRIVATE

    I have about 3,000 contacts I just imported from my phone address book. About 800 of them are PRIVATE contacts. Rather than marking each one as PRIVATE using the "Edit Contact" button and then checking the checkbox to mark them as "private", (which will require about 5 clicks per contact, plus a reentry of the group search each time I complete a checkbox and save), which will require about 4,000 "manual clicks" for me to alter the 800 files...

    I would much rather prefer to mark my contacts in a list one time, and then simply click on a "make…

  10. a referral app which worked with base to capture referrals from clients.

    App which clients could log into. which would allow them to send referrals. This would have to be thru the app. clients do not like to spend alot of time sending via email.

  11. Deal associated name in sales pipeline Personal vs. Company

    Currently when you put a deal in the sales pipeline the associated name shown in the pipeline defaults to the contacts/clients company name.

    It would be nice to pick if you want the companies name or clients name to show up as the associated name in the sales pipeline.

    If I have two clients who work for the same company in my pipeline it becomes difficult to distinguish what deal belongs to who.

    There is a work around for this (like creating a custom field) but it effects the track ability of the contacts.

    Please enable client space invitation emails...
    1) to be completely customized by me
    2) to be sent with my name and email address as the sender
    Even though I currently alert my clients to be on the lookout for an email from "Base", they still delete them or they wind up in their spam folder.

  15. add a new contract type of deal whereby the deal is won lasts for a period of time then users are notified when they are due for renewal

    It would be very useful to have a different type of deal that allows the system to understand a contracted deal over a set time period. e.g. a years support contract. users could then be notified when they are due to expire

  16. Point of Sale Map with Customer Information

    Utilizing for door to door sales. Sales teams are assigned map areas. It would be great for each salesman to log in and view their sales in the area with a drop pin on a map. Selecting the drop pin would show customer information and utilize a nav client to give them directions if necessary. Section could be called my sales viewer starting with a map and mulitple drop pin locations. This would help us view the better areas and help customer service.

  18. Ability to change dates on all items

    A big issue we have is sometimes when we're busy the details on a lead may not be completed until a week later for instance. If this occurs after the end of a month, marking a sale as won means it is recorded in the new/wrong month. It also means any notes go in with the wrong date. It would be ideal to allow us to change the dates on notes and the date won. Thanks

  19. I sure wish I could see the icons for customer, task etc like prior to 2.6.1. It is so hard to scroll on categories on Droid

    It will be a massive help to add comments rather than adding another note. Same in style to Faceboo
