  2. Save Company Filters on Reach

    It would be helpful to be able to save filters on the company page for "Reach" when prospecting. We manage sales in regions and we would like to be able to keep our assigned states checked by default when we launch Reach.

  5. matching duplicates as they are being entered

    Can possible duplicates be shown while they are being entered? For example, I am in the contact tab entering a new person - I put in the name John Smith, phone number 123-123-1223, email address jsmith@ABCcompany.net. Can Sell start doing a search in my existing contacts to see if I already have someone set up with that criteria or part of that criteria and notify me before I finish? Have a window that comes up that says possible duplicate in your system and show the information.

  6. Link a note also to deal in ios app

    In the desktop solution it's possible to link a contacts note also to a deal, this is missing in the IOS app.
    Please add the checkbox 'Show on Current Deals' in the IOS app.

  7. Add ability to "log" a call on the web app, not just mobile

    Super confusing that there's a feature on the mobile app that isn't on the web app, usually it's the other way around. Sometimes I take a call on google hangouts and want to manually log a call in the sell webapp.
    A base support rep told me this isn't possible.

  10. Allow Deals to be filtered by moving days, 2, 7, 14, and 30 days

    Allow Deal columns with dates to be filtered by moving days of
    the last 2 days, last 7 days, last 14, or last 30 days

    Maybe make it user-defined?

    When it comes to follow up, I would like to see who I previously met with in those time frames and reach out to them. The current options don't follow todays date as smoothly.

  11. Expand title visibility on Document Repository

    Currently, the document repository only allows you to see the first few characters of the title. This is an issue because it isn't helpful for us, with lots of documents, to not have the ability to see more of the title. Our titles usually begin with the standard label, followed by more detail. And we aren't able to see enough of the title to know what we are selecting. So we will likely be cancelling that function. Love the idea, but it's not practical for us.

  13. Integrate web analytics for leads and contacts

    We're coming from Agile CRM and while we like ZD Sell better in almost every way, we sorely miss the "web analytics" feature.

    In a nutshell, as soon as a lead/contact's IP could be captured (either by way of web form submission or email open), a script on the website would track their on-site behavior.

    This gave us two helpful pieces of information:
    - How'd they come into our site in the first place? (automatic marking of a lead source)
    - What activity, if any, are they taking part in on our website (this helps us tailor communication to their…

  14. Add a lead to a specific pipeline

    Just like specific pipelines have their possibility to have specific deal fields, the same logic should apply for leads. We have 2 different business that have nothing to do one with the other and seeing lots and lots of empty custom fields in the "Edit" of a lead is very annoying and confusing.

    It would be nice to have a company view of all the contacts in our CRM. Otherwise no one knows if someone is a customer or lead. This would cut down on the duplicates.

  16. About tast ordering / ranking

    1) There must be different filtering/ordering options such as "new first", "last first", etc. Because, when there will be lots of old tasks, it is not easy to find passed yesterday's tasks.

    2) There must be a ranking system for the tasks. For ex. Importance Level 1-2-3-4-5. So, when I want to see 1st important tasks I can filter them.

    These two suggestion is very critic to follow the task better. I hope you can make something.

  18. One button to remove duplicate emails or no email address

    When use the email campaign, some leads don't have email address or are duplicates. I have to spam click the red icon to remove them.

    This is a waste of time when you should have a 1 click buttom that could say "Remove all duplicate emails"

    Be able to select contacts and create a new smart list. For example I have 40 contacts I want to prospect hard this month. I want to be able to select those 40 Contacts and move the to a new smart list.

  20. Keep lead source when coverting to contact and business

    For leads, it is possible to specify a lead source. If a lead is transferred to a contact, this information is lost. According to my understanding, the lead source should be passed on from the lead to the contact to the business.
