    Would like to be able to use the Core API via an npm package, supported like other libraries are https://developers.getbase.com/docs/rest/articles/libraries

  2. Auto Variance

    Create an an AUTO variance deal for the following year, once a contract is entered into Sell. This would prevent the need to go through all accounts and make them off of a variance report. Would be ideal if it could create an auto task reminder to reach out to the client 4 months prior to updated start date too!

  5. Add 'won deal value' to company smart lists

    It's useful to see a list of current and past clients via smart lists, but it would really help to see a won deal value for them - and this value is already shown in the company contact card, so should be easy enough to add. Thanks

  6. Sticky notes that you want to stick on top of deal

    Dear Zendesk,
    I would love to have the option to have a note on top of the deal page that can be stuck there so that it always stays on top of the deal page to be reviewed quickly. Thanks a lot!

    Dear "Sell Community" members and moderators,

    I am a new user who acquired a paid version through license provision, by choosing the TEAM PLAN for one seated admin.
    Overall, I experienced the SELL features for a while (by also looking at the API conditions and extending the parameters of the software for job-related tasks by adding new API-based elements) and I have to say it is quite straightforward and relatively easy to use for CXM and building efficient, constant relational bonding between the vendor/seller/agent and their customers' basin or procurement area.

  8. Email Zendesk Integration

    Please allow me to delete emails after I have converted them to notes for deals- I sometimes accidentally convert one that is associated with another deal.

  9. Tasks on Closed deals

    Tasks on deals that have been won are still appearing in the task window. They shouldn't appear in the task list and there is no filter option to hide tasks related to closed deals. When closing a deal, prompt the user to mark all remaining tasks as completed.

    When filtering for tasks, it would be great if I could filter for the task name AND for the time frame simultaneously.

  12. Add scheduled appointments to Tasks automatically

    Adding scheduled appointments of a particular owner to the Tasks section of the same owner. I think that would be totally natural as for example: a 1 hour-long appointment, isn't that worthy of being automatically noted on the to-do tasks? or are there other aspects i'm missing out? thanks!

  15. Mark Certain Notes as important on the Client/Contact/Deal Cards

    Be able to highlight or 'star' certain notes, tasks, etc. that may be more important than others in the client/contact/deal cards

  16. Navigation from Sell to Support

    The hamburger menu exists in Support to allow for navigation to the other products in the Zendesk suite, however there is no way that I can find that allows you to jump into Support coming from Sell. Add the hamburger menu to Sell as a band aide sans better comprehensive integration between the two.

    I wish I could just copy-paste some picture and paste it into a note that I'm composing. Like in GMail.

  19. Mandatory fields by stage

    It would be great to make certain custom fields mandatory dependant on the funnel stage reached, or conversely, a deal can't advance to a certain stage without a certain field completed. Ideally, the flexibility to enforce either or both options.

  20. Pin notes to top of feed on contact page

    Allow the option to "pin" a note on the contact page to keep it at the top of the feed at all times (similar to pinning a Tweet/post on social media). There are crucial notes & customer info that is difficult to make obvious and clear to all users. These notes get buried at the bottom of the feed. If you use Tags, it is just not prominent enough for someone to notice easily.
