    It'd be great if you could see photos of contacts. A synchronization between ZenDesk Sell and Outlook contacts should still be possible (including photo).

  2. Confluence integration

    Ability to link contacts and deals with meeting notes/project documentations in Confluence (possibly by means of Confluence page tag).

  3. Instagram

    I saw that you allow for FB and Twittter details to be entered when a lead is created. This gives a very convenient icon on the left hand coloumn that transfers when a lead is converted into a contact.
    Can you do the same for Instagram as i'm using BaseCRM to track deal with personalities who have a big Instagram presence.

  4. Preserve Reach Fields in Base CRM

    There are fields in Reach like Business Type and Employee Size that arent in Base unless i custom create them. when i move a company from Reach to Base i would like that data preserved for the company i am importing.

  5. Allow to link Dropbox to Contacts

    We use this as a CRM, this we are uploading client docs into the contact tab. We ran out of the 2GB in two months. If you can't offer more storage for a monthly fee (without having to upgrade every user to $150/month) it would be great if we could seemlessly link to Dropbox or Google Drive from the Contacts page, rather than just the Deal page...

  7. Use Google for Auto-Complete on Addresses and Info for Companies

    Google already has a ton of information, including addresses, phone numbers, websites, accurate spelling, etc. Please add an auto-complete functionality when adding and editing contacts and leads.

    Other CRMs are already doing this and I hope Zendesk follows with this amazingly helpful connection. Speeds up the process!

  8. Photo Contact Card

    There should be a way with the app to take a picture of a business card and the info auto populates the contact card. This would speed up the amount of wasted time typing in contact information.

  10. Primary Company Contact (Default Email Recipient)

    Enable the option for a primary contact at a company.

    The companies 'email' address field is redundant. Using the system correctly, any human at the company has their own contact card and as such, the company email address is never correctly targeted.

    This means that when filtering the contact list by company filters (such as industry, revenue or last contact with the company) we cannot select relevant companies and batch email them.

    Instead, we have to copy out the list and then manually determine who is the primary contact at each company before manually mailing them one at a time.

  11. Import contacts and companies respecting their relationship

    Currently when we import CSV it's kind of confusing. When I try to import a person contact and what company he/she works for, we can't associate both information - the import is thus very harmful as currently.

  15. Pin notes to top

    Having the ability to pin notes to the top would be fantastic - so that the sales team don't miss crucial information before picking up the phone or sending an email. It's also a great place to summarise the details of their last/current deal so that servicing/renewing contracts is easier at a glance.

  16. Associate Contact Note with a Specific Deal

    Need Ability to have a note created with contact associate with a SPECIFIC deal and appear in that particular deal.

    Currently, for a contact who is involved in multiple deals I have two options:
    1. duplicate the note if I want to see every interaction with everyone involved under the deal.
    2. see the note for the contact on all deals he/she is involved in - even on deals that are not related to the note at all.

  17. Ability to configure popup dialog boxes

    When creating a new or modifying an existing person contact you can add a company through a popup dialog. This is useful but we find that a most of the time the fields in that popup are not actually what we want to add. This results in a rather cumbersome workflow having to first create the company through the popup, then save the new person and then go find the newly added company i order to add the desired fields (website, turnover, number of employees, etc.)

  18. Stop adding fields when contacts are merged.

    When merging contacts, it creates extra fields if the information doesn't match. A note in the contact should be sufficient. Merging contacts should not create extra fields.

  19. Company/Contact Addresses

    Have a default setting for when company addresses are changed, it also changes the contacts automatically. At this point it has to be done manually.

  20. Updating Address

    When I update a physical address in a company profile, I should be given the option to have it update all contacts associated with that company.
