  1. To be notified on the web version when a call is missed

    Currently there is no notification on the homepage when a call is missed, it only appears on the activity feed. Surely it can't be too troublesome to add a notification so any missed calls are picked up quicker.

  2. Filter Contact by their phone number and email addresses

    Being able to view all your contacts with a field to filter what their phone number and email address is would be helpful when someone would need to export a "Contact List". It could also help find those customers without that specific information in their contact so someone could find them all at once and go back to reach out and obtain that info from the customers. At this point a person would have to go into each individual contact to find their phone and email and it is time consuming.

  3. When pick all contact, can pick more than 1000 contacts

    Enable me choosing more than 1000 Leads, Contacts or Deals at a time when doing bulk actions.

  5. Auto Variance

    Create an an AUTO variance deal for the following year, once a contract is entered into Sell. This would prevent the need to go through all accounts and make them off of a variance report. Would be ideal if it could create an auto task reminder to reach out to the client 4 months prior to updated start date too!

  8. Add 'won deal value' to company smart lists

    It's useful to see a list of current and past clients via smart lists, but it would really help to see a won deal value for them - and this value is already shown in the company contact card, so should be easy enough to add. Thanks

  9. Sticky notes that you want to stick on top of deal

    Dear Zendesk,
    I would love to have the option to have a note on top of the deal page that can be stuck there so that it always stays on top of the deal page to be reviewed quickly. Thanks a lot!

    Dear "Sell Community" members and moderators,

    I am a new user who acquired a paid version through license provision, by choosing the TEAM PLAN for one seated admin.
    Overall, I experienced the SELL features for a while (by also looking at the API conditions and extending the parameters of the software for job-related tasks by adding new API-based elements) and I have to say it is quite straightforward and relatively easy to use for CXM and building efficient, constant relational bonding between the vendor/seller/agent and their customers' basin or procurement area.

    Please allow me to delete emails after I have converted them to notes for deals- I sometimes accidentally convert one that is associated with another deal.

  12. Tasks on Closed deals

    Tasks on deals that have been won are still appearing in the task window. They shouldn't appear in the task list and there is no filter option to hide tasks related to closed deals. When closing a deal, prompt the user to mark all remaining tasks as completed.

  15. Add scheduled appointments to Tasks automatically

    Adding scheduled appointments of a particular owner to the Tasks section of the same owner. I think that would be totally natural as for example: a 1 hour-long appointment, isn't that worthy of being automatically noted on the to-do tasks? or are there other aspects i'm missing out? thanks!

    Bulk update of a field, notes for instance, with a comment.
    Need to know when emails sent for smartlist through Mailchimp

  18. Mark Certain Notes as important on the Client/Contact/Deal Cards

    Be able to highlight or 'star' certain notes, tasks, etc. that may be more important than others in the client/contact/deal cards

  19. Navigation from Sell to Support

    The hamburger menu exists in Support to allow for navigation to the other products in the Zendesk suite, however there is no way that I can find that allows you to jump into Support coming from Sell. Add the hamburger menu to Sell as a band aide sans better comprehensive integration between the two.

  20. Pasting images into notes should attach them

    I wish I could just copy-paste some picture and paste it into a note that I'm composing. Like in GMail.
