I'd really like the commitment for Base to be my single view of our customers from all integration partners.
This means a 2 way sync - between all integration 3rd party apps.
So this means syncing, companies, contacts, payments, invoices, bills, activities tasks emails, opens, clicks etc
I know that this is a big ask, but this would be the most important issue to master as we grow out our customer database. Using these tools & as more tools are brought into the ecosystem e.g. Marketing automating tools244 votes
Currently the MailChimp only works on Contacts not on Leads, it is important to be able to do email marketing on Leads.126 votes

The base widget within google apps is a great feature. It would be outstanding to have the widget grab a contact's full info from their email signature and creates a complete contact with Name, Company, Title, Email and Phone. As I imagine it: I would click add> get a preview of the information about to be added to make sure it is correct, and I can edit anything if needed> then I confirm the new contact and voila!

It appears one has only 1 lead capture form. Once built, this is the only one you get, both website and facebook. Perhaps I'm missing it, but I think it would be useful to be able to build a few different web capture forms. Eg, 1 for web leads, 1 for facebook, perhaps a nother few for different specific requests. Perhaps even 1 for customer Support.26 votes

when you are in the "estimate stage" of base, it would be nice if you can view your customers invoice and keep track of it within base instead of having to create a customer invoice in Harvest then keep switching back and forth.23 votes
Running tests and development with our production API keys is giving us quite a bunch of invalid/test contacts in our CRM. We would love to see a API dev/sandbox for this purpose.20 votes

I am reaching out to ask if there is any future plans in implementing a Segment integration for Base?
We use Base for over a year now and one of the big limitations for us have been:
1) lacking the segment integration -> We handle this mostly using Base API currently.
2) From a product standpoint Base doesn't have a view for displaying key events in a timeline like fashion. Freshsales has this functionality (but they lack API features we need).
I was wondering if this is something planned for the future of Base.
After SSO is successful the only place a user can end up is the Dashboard.
It would be advantageous to allow a forwarding URL passed through the URL Query or Post command so quick links can be made between data in Base and data in the originating system19 votes
We use MixMax for sending tracked emails, scheduling emails, sending out email sequences, etc. An integration would be tremendously helpful - all email tracking in one place!15 votes
Would like to be able to upload a document and have it archived into a cloud such as drop box. Also make the integration available in the leads as well as deals.15 votes
While our company enjoys the analytics and features inside Base, its functionality when it comes to integrations is severely limited because an updated lead status cannot be a Zapier trigger. We'd like to use different email automation apps or project management tools with Base, but unless we can trigger Zapier actions when a lead changes from "New" to "Contacted", for example, it just isn't possible.

We use PandaDoc to generate quotes via the Smartlink feature, which is fantastic!!
It would be great that once the quote is generated, its added to the documents section in Base. Currently, we download a PDF of the quote, then upload to the documents tab which is very manual8 votes
First: The contact clipper stopped working, it is very important to be able to directly import contacts from LinkedIn to Base Leads saves tons of time.
Second: It will be even greater to have all private conversations with Leads converted into notes automatically and if possible to have conversations directly in Base with LinkedIn Leads...7 votes
People's calendar items that are marked Private in Outlook are showing up in the Base calendar and activity feeds. Please filter out the private calendar items.4 votes
When I complete a task earlier than expected (it happens either because I had more free time or 'cause things have changed and I don't need anymore to send that follow-up email), the event on my Google Calendar remains there.

We have to keep flipping back and forth between our marketplaces, copying and pasting all the info of the deals to keep things accurate.
We specifically need to know when a customer pays and to update the total deal price.
When an order is created, there should be a way to connect it to a current deal, or create a new deal.
