How can we improve Sell?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Search Engine Update

    What is the plan for updating your search engine capabilities?? It is so poor that at times it makes the system worthless. If you do not know the exact spelling of a name or company, you may NEVER find it. Even when you do put the exact spelling, it may not show up on the first several scrolls. Seriously, it is a major issue.

  2. My search bar is minimized

    Hi, can you help me? My search bar on my laptop for Zendesk Sell is minimized and I can't type in things to search-but on my desktop it's ok.

    Please help
