Automated Actions: deadlines are calendar days NOT working days. FIX this, please. AND/OR at least let the company determine working days vs calendar days.18 votes
Be able to set automated emails/texts/tasks in the future...
i.e. for a specific client I talk to I will add them to an email drip to hear about a specific topic for next 6 months...
So if I add a new lead and it matches a criteria it will text/email them with a saved template
Then will give me a task to call them 3 months later to follow up. .4 votes
More automated actions (only really tasks available at the moment)...
Automated action, task based on the loss/unqualified/won reason, if tag present, deal stage etc
Also automated send of template email would be great4 votes
I have a trial subscription and am really liking Base CRM. There is a feature that I think is crucial and is currently missing.
When creating tasks in automated actions, you can not choose a specific date (e.g 30/06/2018 at 1:00pm). I find this very frustrating as my service business needs to contact certain clients on specific days of the year.
Would you be able to add this feature?
I am happy to pay if it would mean we can add this feature.
