Multiple email addresses per contact should sync to Google Contacts
Adding multiple emails per contact needs to be implemented in a way that is both intuitiveand syncs with Google contacts.
The current implimention of using custom fields seems to fail on a number of points. Extra email addresses don't sunc to google. Mail addressed to the other addresses is not added to the contact.
This really is a major issue for us in wanting to use Base as the source of all business contact data.

While the Google Contacts Integration currently supports the main email address for each contact, you can use email-type custom fields to add multiple email addresses per each contact or lead. These are recognized in the same way as the main address – you can send emails to them, and messages from those addresses will be visible on the contact’s page.

The idea is not closed – it's open for voting.
That said, it does involve two separate points: handling multiple email addresses and syncing the full set of data to Google Contacts.
The part of the suggestion that concerns syncing multiple email addresses (and other custom fields) to Google Contacts is indeed something we have yet to introduce.
However, you are entirely able to use multiple email addresses for a single contact (or lead). This part of the idea is completed. Nonetheless, the core of the suggestion here is for us to sync the full compliment of data to Google. And hence, the idea is not closed.

Hi Rafal: You've closed off previous suggestions about this feature with the same answer. The person who asked cleary stated that the issue is with the sync to Google:

So no, this doesn't hels the poster or others like myself who have this issue. The only way this will be solved is if Base will start to support multiple email addresses natively and these will be used to sync to Google.
Is this something that is in the pipeline or something that will not be done in the short to medium term?

I hope the admin doesn't close this off as being 'completed'. Until we can sync emails through Gmail to multiple addresses this won't be done. Multiple email addresses are a part of everyday life these days and contacts will often email form personal email accounts or slight variations of their main email address.
