When i log in now, on overview page, i see the things me and myc colleagues have done. Great. BUT, it would be more interesting to see what we haven't done. For example put a red star on all deals that haven't been updated for a week!718 votes
We now have a new feature in Smart Lists that will let you see people you haven’t touched in a set period of time.

I’m happy to say you can now put a face to the name – we’re automatically pulling photos from the social media profiles you provide for your contacts (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Skype).

When I add a note to John Q of Acme Inc. I would like that note to show up when I view the activity page for Acme Inc.
Why? Multiple sales people contact multiple people in the same company is losing deals. If they can see who has recently contacted someone from the same company it would prevent this.692 votes

Add stages such as "Work In Progress" and "Job Complete" after the "Won" stage. The sale is not fully complete until the product is delivered (not just a contract signing) so I would like to be able to see which of my clients still have outstanding work so that I can follow up with them and see if there is anything I can do to expedite the process. It is also a good feeling to be able to see the complete jobs and know that you finished something.681 votes
Great news everyone! You can now have an unlimited amount of sales stages in your sales pipeline. We’ve also added the ability to insert a new sales stage in the middle of your sales pipeline. So if our limit on sales stages was cramping your style, jump into the Base settings and add the sales stages you need to get your sales process in order.

UPDATE: We are also working on adding multiple sales pipeline so after the won status you can have a new pipeline for things to flow through.
We definitely have more than person working on a deal or task or being connected with a contact. We have to have either more than one user assigned to these or the choice to choose 'everyone' or create a 'container'-user with having single users to it.
This is really urgent as currently only one person is reminded and assigned to our projects.
As well it'd be very clever to able to assign one person to more than company (freelancers)!648 votes

We’ve got some great news here. We just released our Communication Smart List which will help with this :)
This will allow you to pull in “last touch” fields that will let you see the last time you sent the Contact an email or the last time you may have called them. From there, you can sort on the greatest amount of time between communication between you and the Contact and see who you need to reach out to first! When we have imported Leads, often times many but not all of the new Leads that are imported turn out to have been in our Leads database previously. However, this creates an enormous number of duplicates in our Leads. It would be much more helpful to be able to merge the Leads and remove duplicates, much as we can for our Contacts.
We have recently performed a major update to our Duplication logic in Base when you import a new set of leads or manually enter in a lead in Base.
The deduplication update includes three components to help combat duplicates:
– Suggested leads/contacts
– Flexible duplicate management during imports
– Customizable duplicate identification

You could corner the small business and freelance business-consultant market if Pipeline could integrate, or at least synch, with Outlook emails, contacts, calendar and tasks! I am hard-pressed to find a clean, non-stodgy, CRM like Pipejump that works with Outlook. I would work with you on this.265 votes

I would like to be able to customize forms from within Base CRM - prhaps just show us the right HTML.
I would like to be able to add tags or custom fields to my online forms - as hidden fields - so that I can tell where leads came from and also add contacts to mailchimp lists based on those criteria (using Zapier or from within Base).
I suggest these would be easy if we can edit the form's html....163 votes
Thanks for the feedback here, we really appreciate it! While users aren’t able to customize their lead capture form within Base there are two ways of doing so via alternate means, which I’ll outline for you below.
1.If Base Lead Capture Form is not enough for you then creating custom lead capture forms using Wufoo forms can be a way to go. We understand users may want to customize things even further and as such we offer integration with Wufoo forms and this can readily be overlaid on your Base account.
2. It is also possible to create a Lead Capture Form using our API, which can be accessed here and allows for complete customization.
