  1. Mass emailing linked to deal stages

    Be able to select prospects by "deal stage" and send a mass emailing. Example; you integrate 10 new leads, you send a mass emailing, 5 answer and they convert to prospects, you want to send these 5 additional information all at the same time. Important SFA - CRM function when all you want to do is target certain prospects with specific messages related to their position in the pipeline. Thanks.

  2. Dashboard history filtering option 'email'

    In the Dashboard there is a pull down next to 'display' that allows me to filter items in the Dashboard history. I would like 'email' to be displayed so I can see who I've sent an email to. Otherwise I have to go through every deal and manually determine who I done this for.

  3. Client space customized email invitation

    Please enable client space invitation emails...
    1) to be completely customized by me
    2) to be sent with my name and email address as the sender
    Even though I currently alert my clients to be on the lookout for an email from "Base", they still delete them or they wind up in their spam folder.

  4. Communication (emails, phone calls, notes) should transfer from a Lead when converted to a Deal

    Currently when you convert a Lead to a deal all of the emails, phone calls and notes from the Lead disappear. They should automatically, or there should at least be the option, for them to be transferred to the new Deal, rather than the Deal having a completely blank history.

  5. Get base reminders as a daily email

    It can be quite confusing getting 10-20 email reminders through each morning, is it possible to send 1 email listing all the outstanding tasks for the day?

  6. Centralized place to create email templates for team

    Right now each email template is made within a lead/deal/contact card and the template can only be accessed by the user. It would be great if an admin had a centralized place to create templates and share them with the whole team.

  7. Automatically attach contacts to companies if e-mail domain matches

    I've already set up a company's info with the website specified, e.g. company.com. Now if I receive e-mail from a new person that has a name@company.com e-mail after I add the person as a contact from under Untracked e-mails I'd like to see the contact automatically attached to the company, since the person is obviously an employee of the company.

    This should of course just be a default that might not be correct all the time (and should only work for already saved companies) but would save some time.

  8. Add monthly billing into Base.

    Some of our clients pay per month over a certain duration and lump sum amounts skews forecasting and reporting. It would be fantastic to have the opportunity for lump sum and monthly sales projections.

  9. Email Template Folders

    Overall it would be nice to have a better interface for coordinating template emails amongst the team. I should be able to share my template emails with all team members. I also should be able to organize my email templates in folders so that I don't have a list of 25 email templates.

  10. Build customer org chart

    It would be great to have a "reports to" field for contacts and then be able to generate simple org charts at the click of a button thanks to that information.

  12. When in reporting mode it would be so useful to drill down into the detail

    It is really frustrating not to be able to find how the total figures are arrived at i.e. in the pipeline by clicking on one of the stages it would then list the pieces of business that make up the totals. Unless I am missing something this doesn't appear to be possible and the only way to find this sort of detail is by exporting the whole account each time

  13. Please Remove the Mobile Phone field from Company's contact

    It is important because whenever I associate a person to the company, his/her mobile phone gets synced into the company's mobile phone number....

    And what is really annoying is that in turns get synced in my google contacts. So whenever a person calls me on my phone, rather than his name appearing, his company appears. This really doesnt help when I have a number of person associated with a certain company

  16. Auto follow ups on task complete

    If you believe that you should stay in contact with your customers on a regular basis, then it would be great to have an auto follow up option that pops up when a task is completed. It's not right for everyone, so I'd make it turn off/on able in settings. Essentially, when you complete any task, you are prompted to follow up by adding another task in xxx hours/days/weeks/months. That get's added to your task list as a new task.

  17. Have multiple phone numbers, for different cities

    It would be great to have more than one phone number, per user. I have a client base in multiple cities, and I like calling them from local numbers.

  18. Manually ordering additional Employees or Colleagues on Company and Contact Cards

    Being able to vertically list or alter the order and group additional employees / colleagues on company and contact cards would be an extremely valuable tool. (This would also remove the need for the 'more' button to unhide and be able to see additional contacts at the same firm).

    Further, being able to color code or prioritize contacts would also be great! Thanks for your considerations!

  20. Map out Leads and Deals in Google Maps

    Similar to a previous suggestion, in addition to Contacts that are mapped out in Google Maps, mapping out visually the location of Leads as well as Deals according to their stage would be 'very' helpful. Google Maps puts all saved locations as Gold Stars, but being able to assign different colors would make it a lot easier how many Leads are in a certain geographic area or Deals at a certain stage.
