    Allow me to pick from a list of countries that I want to use. A majority of users are single country, and there should be a default.

  2. Merging Contacts through search

    If I search for a contact, select it, and then search for another contact to merge it with, the field zeros out once I select a new search. This makes it difficult when searching through a long list of contacts that I need to merge.

  3. Add a SKYPE ID field for contacts

    I use Skype to contact clients. Having the SKYPE ID that when clicks opens up Skype would be brilliant (sorry to mention it but Nimble has this facility so it shouldn't be difficult ti implement)

  4. Find all duplicates

    We are always merging duplicates, mainly because we do not have a tool that we can identify how many duplicates we have in the 1st place.

  5. Smartlist tagging

    Hello,

    Smart lists are great, but I want to be able to select and tag contacts from the SmartLists - just like on leads.

    So I can filter - 'Emailed Viewed' and put them into a group like "LEADS WHO HAVE READ EMAILS"

  6. Custom Unique Field

    It will be nice to create custom fields with unique feature. Almost every country has some kind of tax unique code, that could be a very good data to avoid duplicate cusotmers records. It will be nice to enter a custom error message if the customer or contact cannot be added by a unique field violation.

  8. Integrate an RSS feed (i.e. for Google Alerts) into contact activity.

    It would be great to be across any news in the media, when we look at a company's activity feed. Ideally we would create a Google Alert then add the RSS feed address into the relevant contact's page. The Google Alerts would then appear in the activity feed.

  9. Allow team to tag other team members in the notes using an @ - similar to Slack and other apps.

    When commenting on a contact it would be good to notify other team members by tagging them using an @ symbol, rather than adding a task for them to read the notes on a contact.

  10. Untracked email import

    "Add all as contacts" is a simpler CTA option.

    Importing Google contacts didnt work for me. You already have my hundreds of contacts this way, and users already know that this will work.

    Call me an idiot for "not getting it" but the other methods I tried using on your site to import contacts did not work. No data was found.

  11. Change back contact to lead

    There are times for a variety of reasons that you need to move a contact back to a Lead....it is virtually impossible to do this with Base. I've had other CRM programs that allowed you to do this much easier... I like Base but this could help...

  12. Contacts between two cities

    It would be interesting to be able to search contacts, leads and opportunities that exist in a certain route between two cities. I travel a lot by car, and it would be very usefull to filter my contacts by selecting the route i am going to drive trough and to see all the contacts that i can visit while i am traveling. Also it would be usefull to be able to filter by radius, for instance by selecting a city and tellind the filter to show all contacs in a certain kilometers radius.

  14. Custom Contact's Customer Status and Prospect Status

    Add the ability to change the text for the Contact's Customer Status and Prospect Status? I need to change it so it makes sense to my users. So rather than say Customer, Past Customer, or Non Customer we need it to say Member, Past Member, or Non Member.

  15. Important Dates

    In other CRM that I tried it had the possibility to add Important dates to a contact or opportunity. This way I can send (even automatically) emails on the client's birthday, wedding aniversary, renewal due date, etc.

  16. Multiple Update of custom fields

    It would be great to be able to select multiple contacts in contacts view and bulk update any field - be it default or custom field. We had this in Zoho and it was very useful.

  17. Add an address mode where you can view the contacts in a similar view to top producer, great for when sending mailers to clients!

    It would be great if there was a separate mode of viewing contacts where addresses are all listed and you can quickly view addresses to send handwritten notes, mailers etc, without clicking on each contact to see the address.

    Would love to see this implemented!

  18. Bulk add tasks

    You should be able to select multiple contacts and bulk add tasks, appointments and deals in the one go instead of having to go through each contact individually which is very time consuming and inefficient.

    For example, just say you want to revisit 10 clients in a particular suburb on a particular date to discuss a new product, you can filter your contacts by suburb, select all of them together and bulk add an appointment/task/deal for a set date.

  19. Make the option to have couples under one contact card

    In certain industries, especially real estate we communicate to both a husband and wife in the transaction, ex.) if I could have the option to not just have 'John smith' but "Kelly Smiths" info and I can group them together under one card that would be an excellent feature.

  20. Map Merged IDs To Final ID

    When we merge a contact, the old ID doesn't map to the merged ID, which means that references to the old ID are now orphaned. Can you add a mapping table and an API hook please?
